Refund & Return Policy 

At PULSE FASHION HOUSE, we want you to love your purchase. If something goes wrong, we follow our production partner’s guidelines to offer fast solutions.

We Offer a Replacement or Full Refund If:

  • You receive the wrong garment brand or wrong product type

  • Your order is shipped to the wrong address (not the one you provided)

  • Your item arrives clearly damaged

  • You receive a wrong parcel (you may keep it)

Print & Quality Issues

Eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Blurry, distorted, or low-quality print

  • Wrong print placement (too high/low/left/right/crooked/upside down)

  • Print peeling

  • Print too large or too small compared to artwork

Sizing Issue

If the size differs from the size chart by more than 3cm, we will replace or refund.

Color Issue

If the printed color noticeably differs from the design/mockup, we will replace or refund.

General Quality Problems

We cover items with:

  • Breaks, holes, mechanical defects

  • Embroidery errors

  • Stains or ink marks

  • Visible white underbase

Out-of-Stock Products

If the item becomes unavailable after ordering:
Full refund + 10% compensation of the product price.

Shipping/Logistics Issues

We offer replacement or refund if:

  • The parcel is lost

  • Tracking does not update for 30 days

Order Cancellations

  • Before production: Full refund

  • After production starts: Only the shipping fee is refundable

Email us with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
