Shipping policy

At PULSE FAHION HOUSE, all items are made-to-order. This means production begins after you place your order. We work hard to ensure fast, reliable fulfillment and delivery.

Below is our clear, customer-friendly shipping policy.

Fulfillment Time (Before Shipping)

Fulfillment refers to the time needed to produce your item. Shipping time begins after fulfillment is complete.

Apparel (Polyester Clothing: Men, Women, Kids) + Face Masks

  • Average fulfillment: 2–4 days

  • Maximum fulfillment commitment: Up to 7 days

  • If fulfillment takes 8–12 days: We upgrade your shipping at no extra cost

  • If it takes 13–17 days: We upgrade you to express shipping

  • If it takes 18+ days: You receive express shipping plus product compensation

Shoes (Excluding Classic Clogs), Cotton Apparel, Home Items, Accessories

  • Average fulfillment: 5–10 days

  • Maximum fulfillment commitment: Up to 14 days

  • If fulfillment takes 15–19 days: Free upgraded shipping

  • If it takes 20–24 days: Free express shipping

  • If it takes 25+ days: Express shipping plus product compensation

Shipping Upgrades & Compensation

When production exceeds our fulfillment commitment:

1. Free Upgraded Shipping

Applied for minor delays.

2. Free Express Shipping

Applied for moderate delays.

3. Express Shipping + Product Compensation

For major delays, you may receive:

  • An express shipping upgrade

  • Partial or full refund of the product price (shipping fees not included)

Maximum compensation per order: $500.

Important Information

  • Fulfillment time includes weekends but excludes major holidays, during which production resumes on the next business day.

  • Only completed and paid orders can enter production.

  • If your order contains multiple product types, fulfillment time follows the item with the longest production window.

  • Compensation applies to the product price only, not shipping costs.

  • Large orders (30+ identical items) or orders requiring custom approvals are not eligible for fulfillment guarantees.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Transit times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Processing & Holidays

Orders placed during major holidays begin processing on the next available business day.
